Synergos conducts medical examinations necessary inerent the Legislative Decree. 81/08. Visit preventive and pre-employment, periodic visits, sickness and injury return visits, visits at the worker’s request, job change visits, extraordinary visits, and termination visits.

Synergos supports companies with physician appointment service. The Physician candidate for appointment is a competent professional specializing in Occupational Medicine, to whom D. Lgs. 81/08 delegates responsibility for health surveillance of workers.

Synergos is a company structured to carry out the necessary inspections required by law at least once a year on the basis of risk assessment (Art. 2, letter m of Legislative Decree 81/08) at workplaces, factories, production sites, and company headquarters.

Analysis carried out to identify the appropriate preventive and protective measures to be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk. Risk analysis is developed jointly by: RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Manager) and the competent physician.

The electrocardiograph or ECG examination is essential to understand whether or not the task, in which significant physical exertion is required, is appropriate for the worker.

Synergos also issues employment eligibility ratings. At the end of each medical examination, an appropriate judgment of suitability is issued, with any planned instrumental or laboratory tests.

Morpho-functional examination of the spine makes it possible to assess the health and function of the spine or parts of the spine and the existence of any spinal or postural pathologies.

The audiometric examination allows the health of the worker’s auditory system to be assessed and diagnose the existence of any deficit.

The spirometry examination measures the patient’s respiratory function and thus lung capacity and system health.

The ergophthalmologic examination is performed for the purpose of detecting visual acuity and any ocular pathology in order to assess job suitability for tasks requiring visual engagement.

Synergos conducts toxicological examination to ascertain the absence of drug or psychotropic substance addiction on working subjects and in order to avoid accidents in the workplace.

Synergos is responsible for conducting the Diagnostic Test to verify the absence of alcohol intake or alcohol dependence in order to prevent workplace accidents.
