The method
The Legislative Decree. 81/08 imposes numerous duties on employers to ensure safety and health in the workplace and ” applies to all workers, whether employed or self-employed, as well as persons treated as such.” The goal is to avoid or otherwise minimize workers’ exposure to work-related hazards in order to avoid injuries or accidents or, worse, contracting an occupational disease.
Synergos offers the necessary planning and organization of all activities related to health and safety in the workplace, putting up with companies in dealing with the obligations related to these kinds of services.
On track through 5 simple steps
This is the first step to take. At this stage Synergos retrieves a range of information needed to establish the correct quote.
Drafting the Health Protocol under which health surveillance will be carried out.
The Health Protocol, also called the health plan or health surveillance plan, is an important document for companies and is prepared by the competent physician. Defines the specific health assessments related to the task that workers perform according to the company risks; these risks are indicated in the DVR as per the regulations, Art. 29 paragraph 1 Legislative Decree 81 2008.
This second stage governs the agreement between Synergos and employer. It contains the established agreement, the price annex and all contract terms in relation to expiration, validity and performance. In this way, the client enterprise will know what services will be provided to it, the costs involved, and how they will be carried out. A guiding document that punctuates all intervention times and protects the client enterprise itself.
After the estimate, the appointment of the competent doctor and the drafting of the Health Protocol, the company sends Synergos the list of workers on the basis of which the visits are organized. From this time, dates will be set for inspection, examination, and instrumental and laboratory tests.
